About the event
iNGO takes its name from the Luhya word for home, understood here as memory, hospitality, and the shared act of gathering around a table.
The iNGO dinner series explores East African food cultures through intimate, curated dining experiences that honor tradition while engaging contemporary culinary expression.
This second edition , Lakeside Luster, is set in Nyanza along the shores of Lake Victoria and draws inspiration from the land and lake. Indigenous ingredients are approached with restraint and modern technique, allowing familiar flavours to be experienced in a new light.
The dinner is presented in collaboration with Sip n Savour, with each course thoughtfully paired to complement the narrative on the plate.
